A. Return of non-defective products-The right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer.
The customer has the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustifiably, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of shipment of the products in the following way.
- Fill in the Return Form that you will always find in your package with your details. In addition, note to us what you wish to be done upon your return.
- Return the merchandise to its original condition, including all labels and packaging.
- Prepare the package and schedule the receipt of your package by talking to us by phone or by talking to the COURIER branch in your area.
- Refund orders will only be issued for products that have been returned as appropriate. If the product you return does not meet the requirements listed the package will be sent back to you.
- The return of the products has costs of 9 euros that are borne by the buyer. The cases of defective products are excluded.

Returns will only be strictly accepted if the following conditions are met:

6. The customer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the above period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
PROCEDURE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The return is the responsibility of the customer as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

If the product is received, the withdrawal statement is timely, all the above conditions are met and the above procedure is followed for the exercise of the customer's right of withdrawal, the return of the products will be accepted. In case of purchase of products, cash on delivery will be refunded by deposit in the customer's bank account. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person listed in the order for the refunded amount.
There are no refunds from our physical store.
No returns are made in cases where there is a change card.
B. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and refund.
If the customer does not wish the execution of the contract of sale or the replacement, he can withdraw from the contract and request, if the return of the product is accepted, the return of the money corresponding to its price.
For the return, the customer must fill in the special form, in which he will specify the reason for which he exercises the right of withdrawal and will state how he wishes to settle the financial backlog in case of approval of the return of the product. The customer packs the product in such a way that it is protected during transport and sends the parcel to our online store before the above return deadline.
If the product is received and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as detailed above, the return of the product will be accepted and the refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer will be made without undue delay and certainly within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt and inspection of the returned products. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the products back.
If it is found that the terms and conditions of its return are not met, as detailed above, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product.
Refunds will be made by deposit to the customer's bank accounts. Therefore, please inform us of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary, as stated in the booklet. The sending of the above data must be done via email to info@lovesilver.gr. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person who is listed on the order.
Refunds are not made at our physical store.
C. Returns of products that have a defect or the wrong product was delivered.
In the rare case that the customer receives due to the fault of www.lovesilver.gr proven defective product or wrong product, he must inform us immediately describing the problem and informing us that he wishes his replacement or refund.
In order for the return to be accepted, the allegedly erroneous or defective one which is missing an agreed property must be unbearable and in its original excellent condition. In case the customer does not return the product, then a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order, purchase.
